In the past, I've found that Kindle doesn't handle technical books well. For example, text-only figures sometimes lose their layout and large images can be too small to easily use. Have you thumbed through your Kindle version to say that it doesn't have any major issues... or is it just safer to get a physical copy?Clayton Daleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11495278873508126717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733074358901582680.post-41122966148479784002014-06-30T13:17:18.882-04:002014-06-30T13:17:18.882-04:00Hi Keith,

I suppose we can use //author/functionCode/@code to accomplish this.<br />For OBR-32, principal interpreter (usually an attending), we can assign code ATTPHYS.<br />However, for OBR-33, assistant interpreter (usually a resident), I don't know which code we can use, ADMPHYS?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17821201484168490292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733074358901582680.post-31474184771498055492013-11-14T15:32:25.609-05:002013-11-14T15:32:25.609-05:00Is there a direct mapping for MSH-11 Processing ID...Is there a direct mapping for MSH-11 Processing ID in HL7 CDA R2?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733074358901582680.post-39486891049952552232012-05-21T09:26:53.597-04:002012-05-21T09:26:53.597-04:00C62 is already application/pdf or text/plain, so n...C62 is already application/pdf or text/plain, so no, I don't see a need to convert it.<br /><br />I do see some interest in converting CCD into pdf or text (e.g., the HL7 CDA BlueButton Project), but not a lot. Converting CCD/CDA into PDF isn't that hard, as there've been many solutions capable of turning HTML into PDF. Rendering CDA as text is a bit harder, but also doable.Keith W.
