The “Meaningful Use Stage 2 and HL7 Standards” webinar will discuss the final U.S. regulatory changes to health IT standards impacting the use of Certified EHR Technology under the CMS Meaningful Use program. It is oriented toward IT architects, development managers and executives of health IT vendors and healthcare organizations that intend to participate in the Meaningful Use certification or incentives programs being implemented by the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Upon completion of this session, the attendee should be aware of: HL7 and related standards that have been selected for the EHR 2014 Certification Program The major changes in the final rule Future directions for Health IT standards after Stage 2 Keith Boone, standards architect for GE Healthcare, will present this webinar.
