I could have posted a comment mentioning this blog post on any number of your posts in the last few years, but this one is as good as any. (After all, it's about an interoperability testing event!)

You certainly could have, and it would have been entirely appropriate. IHE Connectathons are where early adopters flock to test new profiles, and to improve them ... because Interoperability is Job 0.9
