While writing a post for my Standards 101 series (yes, it's now a series, not just a single post), I ran across the following announcement (direct link). It's worthy of repeating below here. I discovered this announcement completely by accident, but was grateful to have encountered it with at least some possibility to get commenters into the pipeline.
